orite.. its been exactly a month since i laz blog.. actualli its been done on purpose.. i cld hv posted few daes back but since i hv oready nt blog for so long.. mite as well wait for de one month anniversary.. SO.. happi b'dae "no-blog period".. dis is ur dae! alright lets get to main pt..
ytd.. i drank alot of liqueur in TAS wif my project grp n mr ignatius lee.. he was so kind to let us try de liqueur brought by mr lucien all de way frm france.. mr lucien is a famous cocktail maker 10 yrs back.. n he's nw a "cocktail ambassador" for marie brizard.. its a france company specialising in making liqueur.. its quite famous in de market.. so hes travelling ard de world to introduce marie brizard to students like me.. haha.. n jus so happen he came to TAS as a guest speaker.. so halfway thru my SvcSklMtd cls.. we went to de executive seminar to listen to him.. b4 he even start.. de president for de singapore food n beverage association came n tok to us abt his organisation n all.. n tok abt de youth club he's forming.. to let students all over singapore learn more abt de industry.. haha.. sounds quite interesting.. ya dat doesnt matter.. so wen dis guy went off.. mr lucien started introducing abt his company n all de liqueur they hv.. woot.. n in de end he even mix some cocktail for us.. even tho i had an empty stomach.. i still drank them.. haha.. nice...
n after de cls.. my grp stayed inside de restaurant to wait for another grp mate whos in de culinary cls.. so we played hangman n all de lame tings.. haha.. very fun.. jus den mr ignatius lee brought back all de liqueur frm de talk.. n said we cld try.. n since one of my cls mates was a bartender.. he made something for us.. one of them was very nice.. its called snowball (eggyolk liqueur mixed wif vodka).. den after dat even mr ignatius lee came to join us.. he made damn alot of tings for us.. screwdriver(forgot got wad le) watermelon somethin(got watermelon liqueur plus vodka) n grasshopper(mint liqueur plus 2 packs of creamer plus vodka).. de grasshopper was de nicest.. cos its nt very strong n its full of mint taste n very swt.. its jus plain mint plus creamer plus abit of vodka taste.. so we stayed in de restaurant till ard 6 plus den went off.. hmm.. we stayed in TAS to do project for CRS.. i tink my grp was de second laz to leave TAS.. HTMIG ppl were de laz to leave i guess.. since they were still havin meeting wen we left...
n todae is a pub hol.. n i m all alone at hm whole dae.. doin nothin but playin single player games.. hmm.. i dunno wad to to on mothers dae.. dunno whether my bro is goin to restaurant or wad.. haiz...
